Continuing in the spirit:
-We're in prison in pairs, in 10x10(x10?) rooms.
-The majority of items that make us functional have been confiscated with the exception of Bilkin's pact magic and Elena's holy symbol and our party's general (dysfunctional, but present) resourcefulness.
-The guards pass by randomly, but there's only two of them, at least in our section.
-We have not been sentenced yet.
-We're free to move about, not restrained in any way but via room.
-There was (might still be, but I doubt it) an underground group willing to help us
-Some guards believe there to be a misunderstanding, at least with regards to Elena.
Speculations and Plans:
-Bilkin has Mage Hand, meaning we can pass things from cell to cell without having to throw items and making noise. Doing this so the guards don't notice a magical white hand floating fro cell to cell is another matter.
-Bilkin has Witch Bolt, basically Force Lightning from Star Wars. It targets one thing and deals 1d12 iightning damage every turn, guaranteed, assuming I hit with the initial blast and establish the contact necessary to keep frying.
-Bilkin has moderate telepathy, but only with targets he can see. Seeing (HA) as our cells are adjacent to each other, this means I can't look across the hallway and send messages to fellow party members.
-Every pair (Val and Bil; Tec and Dral; Elena and Blank) has its strengths.
-ALTERNATIVELY, we wait for some criminal group to free us because... we're... so... nice?
Bilkin might be able to destroy his cell's lock with Witch Bolt, sustaining a beam of what is essentially plasma on it for a minute or less.
Any and all of you guys' own observations, speculations about what might happen based on observations would be cool.
NOTE: We also have to keep in mind that any plans our characters DO come up with are constrained to the individual pairs in their cells, and if it conflicts with another pair's plans in the process, well, that's just how prison breaks work. Unless we shout plans from cell to cell, but then the guards'll hear and wel'll definitely get shackled.
NOTE 2: We've not even really done anything with regards to the kidnapped Lucy Garr.
