Blank overheard the commotion with the mayor, his people's "displeasure" with their conduct within the crypt, Arthas' violent reaction, and their now severely reduced pay from the mayor.
She couldn't understand Arthas' rage toward the mayor; had they not taken more than they were allowed out of the crypt? And the drunkard and the gnome's burning of the passive undead, clearly that was uncalled for. She was more surprised that they were being paid at all and not run out of town. Also the fact that were still being paid by Weston already begged the question of how much money did the priest really want.
She kept such thoughts to herself for the time being. Siding with the mayor over the rest of the group would only invite more derision from them. Instead she simply kept out of sight within the tavern and continued to listen in on the group.
Arthas' contempt for the rather widespread tradition of leaving gifts for the departed was particularly disquieting. Had he so little respect for other people's beliefs? She had expected him to be more zealous in his beliefs than most, but not a bigot. There were many things people did on a regular basis that she didn't understand, such as drinking to excess, disrespecting complete strangers, and an obsession with wealth, yet she never ridiculed them for it.
If she could steal back what the group had stolen from the crypt and return it to the mayor she would. However that would only gain her more enemies and most likely not redeem the group in the eyes of the town. No longer are they the heroes of the hour, but simply looters of those lost. But more than anything, Blank just wanted to get out of the town now and be done with this whole sordid incident.

OOC Adam, I understand you're young and new to roleplaying, but none of that is roleplaying and really doesn't advance the story or your character at all. Your character doesn't exist past what they've said and done, so only posting their 'thoughts' is counter productive. It just seems like you're using their 'thoughts' to second guess everyone else's characters decisions in this meta-gamey, passive aggressive way. If you have a problem with my -the player- decisions then say it to me. If you have a problem with my -the characters- decisions then say it to Arthas. I usually recommend new players read this guide to get a sense of how to roleplay : lookrobot.co.uk/2013/06/20/11-ways-to-be-a-better-roleplayer/

I don't have a problem with you or your character. It would be more accurate to say "Blank" does, but I get what you are saying. Problem is I'm not that creative (I mean just look at Blank, how generic of a character is she!) and am not very good at making up excuses as to why she would do something I think is out of character.
If it puts you off your game so much, I won't write in these group posts anymore unless I can think of something for her to do in them. I'll stick to my short story ramblings til then.
Also, I'm pretty passive aggressive in real life, so I don't really know how to act differently without coming across as a dick.
This was kind of a buzz kill so here's this:

My 2 coppers on this is that there need to be, all around, more instances of characters acting upon each other, and I don't mean merely conversing, but quite literally testing each other. I personally think the time in the crypt where Blank and Olek butted heads was excellent-- it established a bond between the two characters. Here's how it reads in my head:
Olek: I think Blank takes things too seriously Blank: I don't think Olek takes things seriously enough
Just from that butting of heads (or slapping of faces, as it happened), the two characters formed a relationship based on an interaction. Now, it's probably preferable that butting of heads is kept to a minimum and that interactions are more cooperative (for lack of a better word), but any interaction is better than no interaction! Up until that point, Olek and Blank were at most just cautiously aware of one another. Now, Olek seeks to lighten Blank up and Blank (maybe) seeks to straighten Olek out. The beautiful irony of this, of course, is that they're both criminals!
In fact, I'm going to read the bonds I've written on a paper for remembering exactly what relationships Olek has with the others:
Archimedes: Archie's got a primary goal that participation in the Radiant serves. It might come into play soon, and we need to be ready, for better or worse. (Caution)
Arthas: Arthas has helped me and saved my life multiple times. I owe him hugely. (Debt)
Blank: I think Blank takes things too seriously-- I need to lighten her up. (Personality)
Jaz: Jaz is making his way in an unfamiliar world; he is my responsibility. (Responsibility)
Hope this contributes.

Sorry if I came off like I was jumping your shit, that's not my intention, I accused you of being passive aggressive but you can honestly accuse me of being regular aggressive. (I'd love to defend myself and say that I'm a direct person, but everyone who says they're a direct person is actually just a dick and I'm trying not to be (as much of) a dick) I just don't know how to take the thinking posts, you bring up a lot of good points about the way I'm playing and there are good reasons for them which I would love to explain in-character, but they should come up in-game if at all. I can't respond to a thinking post and if what the character is thinking is always negative then I'd like the character to respond but he can't because it's metagame info etc. etc. etc.
I agree with Olek 1000%, the slap in the catacombs is an interesting roleplaying moment, because Blank did something and he can respond and stuff keeps happening. And like he said, positive interactions are better overall but negative interactions can be interesting too, they just shouldn't be as common, at some point these people should be gelling into some kind of team.
So far as not knowing what to do, just do something, it doesn't really matter much if it's 100% in character all the time, no one always acts the same way all the time and your idea of the character might change in time. The only important part is that you're doing something and don't stop writing in the forums, I just think you should change the direction of the posts over to saying and doing things, I'll try to write you in whenever possible and everyone should do the same thing. When Olek follows Arthas out after he got angry and threatened to chop up the mayor he offers to buy Arthas a beer which sets up another scene which builds the story, it's just a good idea.
Also, FLCL is possibly my favorite anime (I'm probably forgetting which one is my favorite atm) and that song kicks ass, I wish I were a lesbian too.
